Recruitment Process

Step 1.

Tailored Client Assessment

Northwind Immigration takes pride in customizing its selection process for every client. We conduct a meticulous review of your organization, encompassing business activities and industry practices, to ensure the delivery of the right talent. At this initial stage, the client engages by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Northwind Immigration, outlining the recruitment terms. Subsequently, the client issues a Demand letter (specifying positions and quantity requirements), Power of Attorney, and a Specimen Agreement. These documents empower Northwind Immigration to secure the necessary permissions to activate the recruitment process in India.

Step 2.

Strategic Advertising

The first crucial step involves crafting a detailed job description, forming the foundation for the subsequent screening and shortlisting phases. The job vacancy is then strategically published and distributed across targeted media channels, including print, periodicals, internet, mailing lists, SMS campaigns, and referrals. Simultaneously, our extensive database is thoroughly scanned to shortlist potential candidates.

Step 3.

Robust Resume Filtering

In this stage, Northwind Immigration provides a secure and efficient mechanism for receiving resumes in physical or electronic formats. Resumes are meticulously categorized and sorted based on job requirements, and subject experts meticulously approve or reject resumes

Step 4.

Comprehensive Assessment

This stage involves Northwind Immigration conducting various assessments, including technical, trade, and behavioral evaluations. When necessary, physical interviews or video interviews are also organized to ensure a comprehensive evaluation.

Step 5.

Shortlist Creation

All filtered resumes from diverse categories are consolidated to create a shortlist of desired candidates, accompanied by the results of assessments and interviews

Step 6.

Presentation to the Employer / Client Selection

Northwind Immigration presents a detailed list of shortlisted candidates to our clients, allowing them to select their preferred candidates. Upon selection, we negotiate salary terms (if authorized by the client), and the employment contract is meticulously prepared and signed. Simultaneously, the collection of essential documents, such as passports, certificates, and photos, commences immediately.

Step 7.

Thorough Processing

Processing candidates' documents required for overseas employment includes medical testing, visa processing, background checks, police verification, and ECNR stamping on passports. Our specialized personnel and identified subcontractors efficiently handle these tasks, even in high volumes

Step 8.

Seamless Candidate Mobilization

Once all documents are approved and cleared, Northwind Immigration coordinates the candidates' travel based on ticket availability. Travel checklists are meticulously prepared for candidates traveling in batches, and notifications are sent to respective companies to arrange for a meet-and-greet at their end. If a pre-travel induction is required by the company, it is executed just prior to departure. The candidates' arrival at the overseas destination and their first on-site reporting are expertly coordinated by our experienced team.
